Boot Camps are group sessions that usually last for 1 to 2 hours and incorporate cardio and strength training. I currently have four types of Boot Camps- Charlie Mike: Group PT, Forever Young Fitness Camp, Ballet Boot Camp, and Warrior Boot Camp. My name is Corey Powell, and I'm an innovator in the fitness industry. I'm a certified personal trainer through the American Counsil on Exercise. I'm very passionate about health and fitness and motivating and teaching others to reach their goals.
